Physical Material Pick-Up Service

Books and DVDs from our Axe and KTC general collections are available for outdoor pick-up. A staff member will greet you with your materials at the Brown Lot/East entrance at Leonard H. Axe Library. 

The Library Materials Pick-Up Service is available Monday-Friday from opening until two hours before closing.   

• To request materials, please fill out this Materials Request Form.
• No Special Collections materials can be accessed through this service.
• Patrons need to request materials at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Call 620.235.4882 to indicate you have arrived. Staff will meet you outside the east doors of Axe Library. Patrons must have their PSU ID with them to pick up the requested materials. Please indicate if you need accommodations.
• To use the service:
  
  • Identify from the Catalog PSU books or DVDs of interest.
  • Place a hold from the catalog OR use this form to request items.
  • You will receive an e-mail indicating your item is ready.
  • When arrive call 620.235.4882 to inform the staff. They will meet you outside the east doors of Axe library.
• Books and items will be held for one week, then returned to the circulating collection.
• Items can be returned to the Axe Library outside drop box.
