Reference Librarians and Computer Counsellors are generally available for online chat during the following hours:
Mon - Thurs: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday - 3:00 to 11:00 p.m.
