University Archives

 The mission of the Archives at Pittsburg State University is, firstly, to acquire, preserve and make available for administrative, reference and research use all non-current, inactive records created or received by every component of the University during the conduct of official business that are adjudged to be of sufficient administrative, fiscal, legal or historical value to warrant their permanent preservation.

Secondly, the Archives attempts to collect, preserve and make available a wide range of non-official records and papers generated by or pertaining to administrators, faculty, staff, alumni and students that will serve as the collective historical memory of the Pittsburg State University community.
