New at Axe

  • The Library has installed two new large whiteboards in the basement bound periodicals area.  They are located at the end of each long row of study tables, and are available for group and individual use.
  • The Library has recently added a student collaboration work station just outside of the Writing Center. The station consists of a large monitor, two accessory cables for adding laptops or other devices, and a switch box. This new service will enable student work groups to do group research without having to crowd around a single computer and small monitor. There’s comfortable seating for five at the table, with ample floor space for more participants. So, the next time you have a group project to work on, please come in and give it a try, and let us know what you think!
